Pre-Order Policy

All orders containing pre-order items (singles and product to be shipped upon a later release date) are charged upon checkout.  The initial price paid and charged will remain as such regardless of any increases or decreases in price prior to the release date.  No returns or refunds are accepted for pre-orders that have already been charged

What is a Pre-Order?

If the item you are ordering is marked 'Pre-Order' then please read the following:

A Pre-Order item is simply an item that we are selling that is due to come out soon. This means that it is not yet available and that we do NOT currently have it in stock. By purchasing a Pre-Order item you are basically pre-buying this product to ensure that you have it as early as possible. We generally ship all Pre-Orders within 24-48 hours of our receipt of the product.




TCG Singles :


- Due to the volatile and ever-changing Trading Card Game singles market, we reserve the right to limit and/or reduce the quantities of cards ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. 


- Some occurences happen when our system oversells cards, usually occurs when multiple clients are buying the same card, we reserve all rights to offer a full refund for the original order or the item in question.


- Jeux 3 Dragons does not sell or distribute to other establishments. We will refund any order that is placed by other stores.

Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days following their successful payment and shipped with Canada Post according to the shipping method the client has selected.

If your package is lost please contact us and we will open a ticket with Canada Post. Your order will be refunded 100% if your package was deemed lost by Canada Post (Note this is only possible if tracking and insurance was purchased at check out)

We are not responsible for lost packages unless an option with tracking was selected, Therefore we encourage everyone to purchase tracking and insurace at checkout.



Note: Due to the constantly changing price of singles, we do not accept returns on any TCG products (Magic, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) Sealed or singles.




Return Policy

You may return unopened sealed (excluding Tcg Products) products sold and fulfilled by Jeux 3 Dragons. within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. The receiver is responsible for return shipping however should the error be our error (Receiving an incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Jeux 3 Dragons disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Jeux 3 Dragons does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Jeux 3 Dragons may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
